Our modern mill has access to some of the world’s highest quality grains to produce both milled and flour products. We have a team of highly experienced millers and product development personnel. As part of our value-added processing, we take our customers needs and our ingredients and mill them to meet our customers requirements.

- Milled Buckwheat: rich in carbohydrates, protein and dietary fiber; contains beneficial minerals zinc, copper, iron and selenium which aids in blood health and immune function
- Milled Millet: a source of carbohydrates for energy; high levels of manganese, which has strong antioxidant properties to help prevent cell damage; source of vitamin B3 and B6 aids in lower cholesterol and improves brain function; contains magnesium, improving body muscle and reduces blood pressure
